As ShP Connect is an independent company, we offer four tiers of personal support from day one.

  A Business Development Manager
A locally based consultant who will be your daily contact from implementation through to contract management and review. Your advisor will also keep you abreast of any changes in the mobile market and investigate any new developments that could suit your business needs.

  An IT Manager
To assist in implementation and on going support for your mobile data needs.

  A Personal Administrator
ShP Connect has a large office infrastructure covering all aspects of account management from connections and billing to customer and technical support. All our customers also benefit from a second point of contact within our administration department who will be kept up to date and fully informed on your account with instant access to your tariff details should your Business Development manager be unavailable.

  Network Customer Services Consultant
A direct line into the Network Business Customer Services to assist with all network queries.
